Job Description:
Provides a variety of administrative functions to support the President & CEO and organizational needs.
Responsibilities:
| 1. Coordinates projects from a routine to complex level and provides administrative support and initiative to organize, create, gather information and meet needs. |
| 2. Organizes and compiles information, creates and distributes reports, prepares letters, reports and presentations, and coordinates meetings and schedules. Gathers relevant data, verifies information and updates reports as needed. |
| 3. Performs routine and advanced administrative duties to support President & CEO and related executive functions as needed. Provides support for board meetings. Monitors own work to ensure quality and accuracy. |
4. Researches and resolves matters of a routine nature. 5. Follows all applicable laws and regulations. Performs other duties and projects as assigned. |
